Made-to-order items

Many Dreamsia products are made to order. Because production begins specifically for your purchase, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review each product description and size chart carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and, where relevant, its packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Before sending anything back

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Our products may ship from different fulfillment locations, and an unauthorized return may not reach the correct facility.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Approved refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when funds become available.
