Thoughtfully made, just for you
Many Dreamsia items are produced on demand after you place your order. Our collection is fulfilled through multiple specialized production partners, so preparation and delivery times vary depending on the product, production location, and destination.
Processing and shipping
Order processing and shipping are separate stages. Production must be completed before your item is handed to a shipping carrier. Any estimated transit time does not include production time unless expressly stated.
Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please contact us before purchasing if you need an item for a specific occasion.
Orders may arrive separately
Dreamsia works with different fulfillment partners, including Yoycol, Printful, Printify, Tapstitch, JetPrint, and Inkedjoy. Items in the same order may be made in different facilities, shipped by different carriers, and delivered in separate packages. You may receive more than one shipping notification.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, shipping details will be sent to the contact information supplied at checkout. Tracking information may take some time to update after a label is created.
International delivery
Available destinations and delivery options depend on the product and fulfillment location. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or handling charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the recipient's responsibility.
Unexpected delays
Carrier disruptions, holidays, weather, customs processing, and production volume may affect delivery. We appreciate your patience and are happy to help investigate an order that appears delayed.
